So... I haven’t paid attention to what I eat since October. 🤦🏽♀️ One day went by... two... 3... 1 week... 2 weeks... a month... eventually it’s been HALF A YEAR!!!! Ugh. I wasted so much time; it’s unbelievable.
But there’s nothing I can do about the past, so I’ve got to work on my present and future. I’ve started journaling, working in my mental health, and my physical health is ingrained. Time to be HEALTHY!!!

Hello lovely people! Just a quick update to keep myself going 😋
I ate unhealthy for a week, but I’m glad I did so because I saw the difference in EVERYTHING (weight, energy, SUGAR intake, etc). Motivates me even more going forward.

Hello loves! Long time no see. I didn’t realize how long it’s been 😊 I’ve been working on a couple things other than eating and although difficult, it’ll pay off.
1. I’m weaning myself off a medication (with a doctor’s assistance and approval) which has caused some withdrawals and discomfort, making it difficult to keep up eating, but I think I’ve been doing alright.
2. I’m also lowering the amount of nicotine I take in.
So, I’ve been uncomfortable. But ok😊
I never thought I’d have difficulty reaching 1800 cal. I just feel like I’m never hungry and end up eating like 700 cal! Any suggestions?

I am proud of myself! I have more energy; some shirts already fit a little better. However, my life outside eating healthier is a whole different story! Depression has started eating away at me; rent doesn’t care I lost 6lb. 😋 Ugh... But I absolutely REFUSE to give up! No. Things always get better, even when I feel like it never will.
