My fluctuations are pretty boring aren't they? LOL - I had an upper body strength training session last night and a 40 minute ride on the bike at moderate RPM's. It's pretty average for me to increase by .4 - .6 lbs post workout days. Sometimes, I'll hit as high as .8 but that's usually due to a higher cal intake the day before. I'm about 3200 cals in the hole. So, it's probably time for a surplus meal. Last time was cake. Maybe, this time homemade pizza or Indian food? hmmm
