i got my keto- diet nook in the mail yesterday. i havent had a chance to open it yet but will do so by fri. or sat. i dont like wasting food so will have to go at it slowly to finish my fpod forst but i just lost 1 lb. but i always gain it back so will incorporate this diet at least half way to start. thanks everyone for telling me about it in your journals
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
