Weighed in on my FS reminder day......Finally scale is moving in the right direction. I seem to be on a cycle, where I lose weight after a few weeks rather than every week. I will take every pound. Am using friend's computer so can't get on as often as I would like........
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 February 2008:
940 kcal Fat: 39.72g | Prot: 87.86g | Carb: 62.81g.   Breakfast: eggs. Lunch: wendy's salad , Ranch salad dressing (reduced fat), cheese, wendy's chili. Dinner: Cauliflower, Pork chops or roasts (sirloin, boneless), shrimp. Snacks/Other: fudgicle. more...
