my enitial journey started in February and my weigh in weight at the Drs. was 211...she gave me a low calorie diet to follow and I started right away...then I started myself on a low carb diet which seemed to work much better for me. After the first couple weeks it became second nature almost, so I have following it since...I do have off days where I eat more carbs than I usually allow myself, but then get right back to business...now my weight loss has slowed alot, but I'm still losing at a much lower weight and need to reach my goal weight. If I can get down to 145 I will be happy...so I still have a goal in mind and am very pleased at what I have accomplished and have no desire to gain back the weight I have tried so hard to lose...thank you Jesus for your strength....
