Thank you, I figured out my hunger when I saw my Dr today. I was eating my food for the day by 230 pm. I am seprating my food and have a later dinner. Haha to the fat monster, I did not eat when I had my hunger attack the other day.
I so happy with losing my 4 lbs . I have to be accountable to myself. And am happy I was strong.
