Well there you go 3 months travelling overseas and I couldn't keep to my KETO diet ... fell out of ketosis and gained nearly 10 Kgs .... D'OH! ... all that good work down the drai (gullet) ... today I'm back into it .... I'm presuming at least 3 or 4 days to get back into ketosis and then hopefully I can get back to where I was and then lose anothe 10-15Kgs over the next 6-12 months ..... I can't do it without strictly going by the calculator .... xmas will be a test ... going to a few family gatherings ... I'm taking my coconut oil and butter :)
277.6 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
