Weight is coming back up from being sick a week ago. I hate this Jersey weather though. A lot of exhaustion and getting cold to quick. Come back to me summer ☀️
173.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad to hear you are well now. Cold bars in my garage gym require wearing gloves, or the warm-up just drains right out through my hands. I'm sure it's worse in Jersey.
