I had ginger green tea last night. it tasted disgusting but it will help with cravings I have at night.
117.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

I have used a herbal berry tea, it smells great and it helps with the cravings too, lol and actually enjoy it :)
