Aha. Nice to have a better start to the week. The scale number moved. A tiny drop, but hopefully the signal of a new direction. The tanker takes a while to turn... but I am aware that we all go up and down and it might be a blip. And I know the scales are fickle and not the best guide to fat loss. Still, at least I know the number isn't printed on.
