Yesterday I walked over twelve miles in the morning and completed a 30 minute Utube video workout in the afternoon. In total around that adds up to 4000 calories of effort. Lots of muscles are aching this morning.
Even if my weight is not moving fast I do feel that my body shape is changing and I treated myself to some new pants sized MEDIUM at the weekend. Long overdue.
I am having a few snags with my new TV, whilst it is working well - I cannot get the optical out lead to work properly for connecting to the hi fi and the hiding the cables bit is proving a challenge. A new plan is needed.
Today I am going birding and travelling to a reserve somewhere around Newbury with a few mates - The weather is not looking to good at the moment.
