So last night I was lucky enough that a few friends couldn't meet for drinks to watch the Sabres game because I went to the gym, did a Mini-Body sculpt class and Spinning. And I feel amazing today!
However, I cannot tell a lie and I munched on some Pringles after the gym, my dinner just wasn't cooking fast enough :(
But I lost about 2 lbs this morning!
