I am sticking to the plan 100% and exercising daily. I am extremely dissappointed in my weightloss. I am going to make a very conscience effort to log all my intake and exercise hence receive some advise from my Fat secret buddies. I am drinking 1/2 my weight in water a day which is a feat in itself. I am not giving up.....
230.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm sure some of us would be willing to look at your food log to see if there is anything that could be slowing down your weight loss. Keep in mind that sometimes we lose inches w/o seeing a difference on the dreaded scale. It took me 10 days to see a 1 lb loss. Maybe your diet needs to be tweeked. Let me know. I would be more than willing to look at it.
