My weigh days are going to be every Saturday, so I've got to stop weighing myself everyday. Best of luck to myself and others!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I have. I measure every Monday, and I'm seeing more results from it. My waist, for example, dropped from 36 to 33 inches in a week.
