Here I am fessing up to my indiscretions! Yes, it is true I ate and ate while on vacation and now I am 7 pounds heavier. The last 3 days have been good and I am back on track. I hope the weight comes off quickly. I should be more careful when I am on vacation, but there were so many things that I denied myself, I was totally out of control. I missed golf this morning, it was raining when I got up so I passed. As it turned out, I could have golfed because the rain didn't last that long. Oh well, it was a cool morning and I got some things done that were needing attention.
