3rd day with fitbit... still taking pgx.... 7.28 is my first meeting w/ real deal.... trying to drink more water but have on managed to drink 34oz tops.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
