Ok yes, I went 5 lbs in the opposite direction. I did, however, reach my goal of 125 for my social event(5 day cruise), so you can expect that I would gain that weight back! Funny thing is, I maintained the weight loss all through out my cruise. I GAINED it back once I returned! I guess the threat of teeny tiny bikinis and sexy evening gowns were no longer looming and I returned to eating, lol. Anyway, doing a detox cleanse today. I have my Zuma, carrots for carrot juice, beets for beet juice (made with apples), and oranges/grapefruit for citrus juice. I have pre cut some watermelon and have greens/sprouts for salads. I also usually have a lo cal soup on hand. Today it is homemade tomato garden basil. Goal by July 24.
