Had a hard day yesterday and then I ate too much for dinner as I did not eat all day I forgot my lunch. Big mistake and then I ate to much for dinner. Should try and eat every 3 or so hours. I am thinking maybe a yogurt or something or a piece of fruit. I really like this diet and think that if I just keep on going and do not think about day to day that will be great. Remember I have a whole year at least and know that I will feel great after that.
