Yesterday was one of those days and I ended up with bread twice, beer thrice and flapjack 156g This gave me a 1kg overnight gain and the largest calorie intake of the last 4 months. It was a very enjoyable 235g of carbs so no complaints.
I have checked my calories in out over the last 4 months, they showed a 161500 calorie total deficit. So almost exactly 3500 calories per pound lost so that particular standard has worked for me - Hopefully this is indicating that my RDI is about correct and my fit-bit calculates energy output pretty well. Maintenance should simply be balancing the numbers?
Today I am planning on a decent walk to compensate for yesterdays excess. Have a great weekend all
