I felt my first week went well. I need to drink more water and be more prepared with my meal plan. When I started south beach last week, I didn't have my kitchen prepared to follow the diet 100%.
I plan to look for recipes today to select as my meals for this week before I go shopping.
I also will begin excerise this week. I am fortunate to have access to a personal trainer at work for a reasonable fee and I will see her on Monday and Thursday this week.
My goal for this week is to be prepared with my food plan.
