I didn't record my weight for 2 weeks because it was higher! I was sticking to my new diet, so it was disappointing to step on the scale and see a gain. I decided to start tracking my water intake. Yea.. after seeing it on paper, it was not impressive...only half of what it should have been. I forced the water down and the weight started dropping again. Yay! I am trying to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day... but sometimes only get in 32-48. Putting it on paper sure helps though.
