Ate well all week up to Saturday! DS's bday party was that day, and I already planned to have a small piece of cake with him. The cake was not the problem. The 3-day binge that started on Sunday was. I figured my weight was going up this week, so I wasn't surprised. I was pleasantly surprised that it only went up 1.2lbs. I'm back on my low-carbs as of today, filling up on protein & veggies. Hope I can get under 150 finally by the end of the month. Not following Atkins per se, but still eating much lower carb than I'm used to. Not going to always prohibit mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, pasta, but going to eat much smaller portions, less often, and try to fill up on salad beforehand. Am going to restrict, however, the obvious sources of big carbs to no more than once a day, maybe twice a week. I wasn't gaining weight with the way I was eating before, just hovering, so I'm confident I will still be able to lose this way. Albeit a bit slower than severe low-carb. But I'm ok with that as long as the tape goes down. That mostly didn't change this week, except for 1 or 2 places, very little. I hadn't worked out as much last week with my bday Thurs & getting ready for the party Fri & Sat, then Sun cleaning the house. I worked out last Weds, and then not again till Mon. But I did some "Core Rythms" this am, and I'm getting "Just Dance 3" for the kinect this week/weekend. Trading in my "EA Active 2" at GameStop for it. I don't care for that game at all. I'd rather dance!! :) :)
152.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
