Yesterday was more active than I thought It was going to be - Two of us unloaded two large kitchens in Southampton then return to depot picked up two more and unloaded them - Then loaded a van with many large appliances. Not bad for an ex desk Jockey!! So I used up lots more cals than usual. As a result I took on 2100 cals which included ,a day later than the original plan, a 8oz ribeye meal - 100g sauté POTATOES -Managed to keep carbs to 55g - The ribeye was voted the best tasting we have had. Note because these were the end rib eye they have a big eye hence the reduced price of £3.33 each - We didn't eat that bit. The next lot we plan to cook on the BBQ. More good news with my weight down 04.kg after a hard working day - Some good instant karma right there. Today I have no commitments - The sun is out so I am hoping to start on some new hi-fi speakers for my man cave. A decent walk is also possible.
