i finally can record a loss!!! wooo hooo! i weighed 215 recently on my dr's scale and that seemed high to me. was very depressed. he told me to cut to 900 cal per day i cut to 1400 and that was very hard to adhere to. no way can i do 900. but now weighing after work before dinner fully clothed with shoes on (the typical thing i always wear when i weigh) i've lost almost 4 lbs on my scale. YEEEESSSSSSS. now i can eat my salad for dinner. i have to be on a fluid restricted diet now because my sodium is very low. not being able to drink as much water as i would like sucks so much worse than even restricting calories. being thirsty is the worst to me.
