Quiet week. Low motivation but keeping track of food and drink. possible under reporting food due to portion sizes. Running a bit slow, need to set different goals. Looking for work at the minute, market not brilliant for part-time opportunity. Need to find a better goal to get me out in gainful employment. 🏃😎
176.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You sound a bit down in your journal and I'm really sorry about that because you've done so well. You're at the point I dream of getting to... maintenance!!! and you are doing brilliantly. I know it's so difficult finding work, it is a difficult time of year for work but you obviously have a great deal of self discipline and must be very motivated to achieve your goals. You'll get there. x
