Thinking that the ham I had for lunch on Weds & dinner last night might be causing me to retain water. I know logically that I can't gain .2lbs of fat overnight. It must be something else. What I don't know, is how to get rid of retained water! Just keeping my eyes on the prize, and the fact that my old jeans now button again. :)
