Definitely drank more water yesterday! I think the 0.2lb gain is due to not having "gone" in a few days. :( Hopefully that corrects itself soon. On a better note, my measurements went down considerably in some areas yesterday! Most especially my stomach, hips, chest & waist. Can't remember exactly what, but I think it was about 3ins on my belly, and that should have been the most lost of all the measurements. I'll take that any day!! :) My old jeans now button again. They still don't fit (any girl will understand that!;) ) but they do button. Progress is Progress!! Goal was to be 150 by my bday in Feb, but now I want to be 145 by my BIL's bday on the 30th of this month. I know I can do it.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
