Just went under 200 this morning and feeling great .....spent last night in the pub with friends and did not want a drink at all - Had problems when my hubby with a friend bought kebab and chips and hot wings, but fought off all temptations by going to bed early...alot of friends do not understand my fasting and worry about my safety, but I wish they would take time to research fasting and then they would see that I am in a good place....Hubby bought the dress of my dreams yesterday which he haggled from £175 to £110 and in the size 12 in which my goal is to be...such a good man...Wish everyone a happy Sunday where ever you are xx
198.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done on avoiding drinking and post-pub scoff! I know I wouldn't have managed it. Fantastic result getting sub-200!

Great results, and well done on your superb willpower. It IS hard explaining to friends about fasting, as they immediately think you are starving yourself and lecture you about slowing your metabolism, etc,etc. You seem to have done your research, as mentioned on another post, and certainly know what you are doing!
