Back to strict phase 1 - and counting calories!!!! My goal is to lose 2 pounds by next week (weigh in will be on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day) and it will be tougher than ususal with grandkids visiting and they are all young carboholics. I need to be focused and I will make my mantra "strict Phase 1"----

Yayayaya! I'm pretty much with ya.... seems if I eat much in the way of carbs, I get too high on my numbers. =S Sticking to phase 1-ish, until I talk to ARNP next wed. :) We can DO IT! :)

What's ARNP? I like the phrase, phase 1-ish........It describes what I want to do every few days....
