I'm pleased to be holding my own with three weeks of the holiday season of eating gone and four weeks (the most difficult) yet to go. I have to admit that fear of IBS is quite a motivater over the holidays: I am not inclined to taste every plate of cookies that comes along because I am scared of getting sick.
If I could come out on the other end of this holiday season within a pound of where I am now, I would be absolutely thrilled!
