going the wrong way, it doesn't help alot of health issues going on, sometimes I just want to quit, but I won't I will just keep going back to the drawing board

Now is not the time to quit....now is the time to make it happen. Still following the diet recommended by your Cardiologist? Think about those grandchildren for motivation. You may not be very mobile, but you can still control what you are eating and that's half the battle.

I am still going, will pick up more water, keeping a very good on eye on what goes in my mouth over the holidays, good luck everyone, I know you all can do it!!!!
