Drove to Pittsburgh and spent Thanksgiving with a portion of my wife's family and it looks like I indulged a little too much over the Holiday weekend. On the other hand I weighed in after breakfast this morning.
My wife and I are recommitting ourselves from now week through Christmas (though she doesn't have to in order to lose weight). Personally, I haven't been tracking my intake very well lately, so that needs to get better, especially ahead of a doctor's appt. next month.
