now that the holidays are over, I am starting again. I know what I need to do and will have no obstacles this week, so here we go!

Last week was difficult because was visiting family and had no choices... no low fat foods...knew this going in but also know what I have to do and how to get back on track.
188.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
