Weight fluctuated from ~188 to as low as 185 (yesterday) during the week. Felt like crap yesterday and ate a bunch of bland ritz crackers and drank a lot of water. Feeling a bit better today.

Yup. It was either a small bug I got over or caffeine withdrawal from all the coffee I pounded back in the morning... It was a LONG weekend with kids waking up at 2:30 am every night.

Oh, that's rough. Yeah, I don't do coffee anymore. Usually it's herbal tea or a mug of warm water with lemon and honey in the morning. GREAT drop!
