Ok, I can't blame the gain on hydration this time. Maybe it has something to do with the milk shakes and cookies I've been destroying during my break from #whole30. Still under goal and my 3rd round of whole30 starts today. I need the rules in my life or everything falls apart.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

I'm starting whole30 today too! I'm also, planning one day or 2 per week of intermittent fasting and 1 cheat meal. Good luck to you!!
