frustrating that I've been going over. it is a sign of loss of control out maybe something else. still worried about what this job will really be like. also it's been a year! it's not exciting anymore. it's important. it's good. it's hard. it's not immediately gratifying.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
