I CANT BELIEVE I'VE PUT ON SO MUCH WEIGHT! I think I gained 20 lbs in 1 month and haven't been able to kick it. It's time to start REALLY taking this seriously. I'm at my heaviest and I'm completely out of shape. This is not what I wanted my life to look like and I don't want it to continue this way.

It's June. It's time to get moving and eating well and NOT TOOOOOOO MUCH.

Food is FUEL first. It can be entertainment later. I should find other sources of entertainment for myself when I go to parties or host. Food is integral to life and it can be fresh and tasty, but it just goes to waste if it keeps going to my waist.

Time to buck up, Jessica, and start thinking about your health, your future self, and your current self. Time to start enjoying an active lifestyle again, even if that means going to a doctor and/or PT to stay healthy and well and get your legs in working condition.

YOU CAN DO IT. YOU'VE DONE IT BEFORE. IT WAS AMAZING. YOU ARE AMAZING. DO IT AGAIN!!!
