though I only joined FatSecret today, I am happy to say I have lost 16kg already. still a long way to go but I am getting there with this low carb lifestyle.
224.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 April 2016:
1201 kcal Fat: 91.82g | Prot: 63.75g | Carb: 31.18g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Chicken Liver (Simmered, Cooked), Red Tomatoes, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese. Lunch: Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky. Dinner: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Cauliflower (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Lamb Ribs (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade). Snacks/Other: Herbal Tea, Avocados. more...
