I am starting over. I fell off during the middle of phase 2, but now I'm back to the beginning.
Doing okay so far. The planning of meals is always the hardest, but I am motivated. I only gained 5 pounds back, so if I do it again and lose 10 like before, I will actually be at my original goal weight! WHOO HOO!
