I started 1st February 2016 with 98 kg. and exactly after 2 months i have lost 11.3 kg. After losing 9 kilos it was hard to lose mosre weight and it started to be hard . i am telling you just keep doing it dont give up and continue doing your diet. i started to use Fat Secret 2 weeks ago and it helped me to control my intake calories below maintenance calories so i started to lose weight again. Calorie dificit os a good way to lose the stubborn kgs and fats.
191.1 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks dude .. any suggestion for reducing body fat % ? Mine was 24% now 22 % and not moving since 1 month even i am so resteicted on my diet

I friended you here, I am on a sugar free diet, which includes staying away from sodas, juices, grains, pasta, reducing dairy, all sugar and substitutes except for Stevia. Skip some meals, and smaller portions, and occasional cheats are cool. Read my page for info. Many on here are authorities on diet.
