I am back in the game, but the finishing line is still a little far ahead. Will I make it? I hope so! Today, I weighted in at 90.8 kgs - so I still need to lose another 800 grams BY TOMORROW if I am to reach my one year goal of losing 65 kgs. Again, this is kind of a luxury problem - my initial goal was to lose 45. I just think it'd be über-cool to strike through and add 20 kgs to that, since I am this close. It's been tough to lose weight the last couple of days. A severe cold has attacked me, and I am completely besides myself. I feel sick, but I simply don't have the time to stay home from work this time around. If I do, work will pile up and there will be much more for me when I come back. So off to work I go. My nose is running, head pounding and I am SO sleepy. Thanks to DayQuil I will be able to survive. Tonight I teach my Band Creation class, teaching the kids to rock! It will be tons of fun, as always, but I better bring my ear plugs. Loud music and headaches don't mix well. A positive thing is that I won't be able to do any snacks while teaching, and that will keep me going for the goal tomorrow morning, as well as burn a few extra calories. Man I hope I make it. I want to! Life is good! EDIT: Of course, this also means that I today have reached a new, lowest weigh-in of 90.8 kgs! Life IS good! :)
