Well, over the Holidays, my boyfriend (who eats the same way I do), and I, decided that we were going to not watch what we were eating, and just enjoy the season. It was fun, until my tummy started to revolt. I gained 5 pounds, and my stomach didn't like it. Plus I felt sluggish and tired and all weighed down. I got right back on the wagon, and am feeling much better. It's amazing. I don't miss the sweets as much as I thought I would. It was nice to be able to eat pasta again though. I do miss that. Potatoes too.
