with repeated "game over" days, and especially with a day like today's intake, I will not be 147 long. I know it was a lot of calories, but I can honestly think back on similar days in the past, where I'm lacking sleep, surrounded by food, and feeling a bit anxious. I honestly think I could have eaten twice this and more. to think I've eaten 1.5x my needed intake today, I really could have/would have/actually have eaten at least twice this much on a similar day, which means I've eaten over 3 times my RDI, over 6000 calories in a single day. I didn't want to face the truth of what I'd eaten today, but maybe the message is that I need to seek truth in other areas of life as well. I need to seek truth when prioritizing my time & actions
147.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
