I wish I had more calories left. I do feel full. I tweaked a lot of today's numbers but not outside of reason. some days I've probably tweaked & was really way way over. I love to eat. it tastes so good. it's so nice to eat. it's also nice to sleep! Good night!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
