Finally a budge. I have been exceeding intake, just realized I was indeed premenstrual. feeling a little tipsy turvy I'm my body, which often signals a movement in weight. was able to be satisfied with some weird mommy soup today, which is helpful as far as calories go.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
