Good morning, lovely ppl!

Have had a nice start to this Monday so far.

Motivated to make this a great and successful week as far as progress goes. Need to stay focused on increasing exercise, continuing with my little (6lb haha) dumbells which I actually enjoy. Staying with the 5/2 intermittent fasting, BUT I need to tweak it a bit to go lower in cal on my 2 days, and actually prolly higher in cals on my 5 days. I believe the key is to trick the body into thinking its safe to let go of some weight. If that makes sense?

Still waiting on the allergist to call me to set up appt. I may have to call them to get the ball rolling myself. Continuing to have mild reactions to God knows what.

Happy Monday!! Good luck on the allergy thing. Me too. Sometimes I can't pinpoint and I was told by my allergist that can be a 'threshold' reaction. When all of your allergens are conspiring at the same time. Best of luck. I love my low weight dumbells, they are great for activating muscles and not causing strain on my joints!

Thank you Juju. "Threshold reaction", hmm Im going tohave to look that up. I finally got my appt with the allergist, soonest opening they had is July 23. So Im going to keep a log of what happens and when between now and then. Yes! no strain but Im noticing nice things going on with my arms!

Absolutely Val , thanks. I made an eye Dr appointment in April earliest they could get me in is Sept 19. And I'm an established patient! Crazy!

Ugh about the reactions! I am glad you got the appointment but that’s a long way when you’re unsure of the cause. Bummer
