what a difference a week makes. I haven't done anything particularly different but so much happier with my weight loss - it came just at the right time. Happy hot weekend everyone. 😊
159.2 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
