week 25 day 6: we went swimming for 4 hrs yesterday. unfortunately, I am so so so sad to report that my Galaxy Smart watch I got for my bday is broken. usually I took it off swimming, but forgot cuz my youngest was excited to get in the water and talking with my mom.
I had looked it up a while before and it is water resistant up to 4 ft 11 in. I'm only 5'2.5 and was staying in the 3'6 area. well, I thought it died. nope. it's toast. idk why. but, others have had this happen to them. it was the galaxy fit2 so it's a bit older... anywho. staying home today. day 3 of lower body physical therapy at home. actual physical therapy tomorrow.

Sucks about your watch. Such a shame. I have almost washed my Fitbit a couple of times.

do you not have a water block feature on it or is that just the newer versions?

I don't think it did, I think it was the order version. When I get a new one, I'm simply not going to wear it in the water. It's not like I'm able to swim laps. Was just playing with my toddler in the water.

I’m sorry about your smartwatch..I did same thing in Az. Joe and I got into hot tub and I was so used to wearing my watch that I just forgot to take it off. As soon as I submerged I realized it but to late…it was gone…😟
