Good Monday morning. Overcast but promising morning here and the coffee: liquid gold. So today marks one week on the 5/2 modified intermittent fasting plan. I thought I did well for the first week. Lost 1 lb (yay! I'll take it!) not bad considering the lengthy stall I have been on. Encouraging so Im continuing on again this week to see where it goes. Cautiously optimistic! Today and Thursday are my planned low cal days this week. Hope everyone has an amazing Monday. Let's shift this week into high gear! xo

Thank you, Dazey!🥰 Desperate was more like it lol. I had just been stalled so long I was starting to cheat and was willing to try bc it didn't seem as hard as actual fasting. It actually wasn't bad. And I'm not a dedicated meal planner either, so I get where you're coming from! But it worked with my pellmell lifestyle lol 😆
