192.6 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't see it anywhere, Miw21. I said something along the lines of that if you were exercising then this causes inflammation in the body as it responds, repairs and grows stronger, which can result in a weight gain. I also noted that as you lose weight the body requires less calories so it becomes harder and slower to lose the closer you get to target. I also said you were doing a great job! Keep it up!!
